Bittenbender Construction served as the General Contractor to fit-out administrative offices, a dental clinic and lab in an historic university building. Bittenbender coordinated the majority of work so it could be done during daytime hours and while the space was occupied. Noise-related construction and the roof top equipment install were completed during non-work hours.
