Bittenbender Construction, LP served as the General Contractor for the Drexel University Bossone Laboratory Rooms interior renovation and fit-out of 4 research labs, approximately 8,900+ square feet of space located on the 6th floor. The new space layout includes research, tissue culture and microscope dedicated space. Additionally, space was allocated for fume hoods and hotel office space. The scope of work required the install of a new roof top chiller that served the new research lab as well as existing IT spaces throughout the occupied building. The lab utilizes a new DI water system installed in the basement mechanical space.
