Bittenbender Construction served as the General Contractor for the renovations at The Windsor Suites , downtown Philadelphia Hotel. Complete demolition of existing interiors including mechanical, electrical, life safety systems as required for construction of a new high-end guest lobby. All work completed within an operating hotel lobby and without disruption to day-to-day hotel operations. New construction included extensive mechanical and electrical upgrades, installation of all new life safety systems within the work area and a complete Lutron lighting control system throughout the lobby and support spaces. Finishes included custom wood and metal work throughout the lobby, custom wood flooring, ornate tile installation and extensive glass railings and partitions.
