Kleinbard Law Offices

Bittenbender Construction served as the General Contractor for the full renovation and relocation of the Kleinbard Law Office Space the Three Logan Square. The entire existing spaced underwent demolition to create a new state-of-the-art office space with an expansive lobby and reception area for clients, private offices, shared office spaces, conference and meeting rooms, lounge and communal areas, a kitchen, pantry and coffee bar. Mechanical, electrical, and plumbing upgrades were made. The renovation also included custom millwork packages, glass wall systems, and folding panel partitions. The project required phased construction and coordination with both the building owner and building occupants.
