Bittenbender Construction completed the interior demolition and fit-out of a state-of-the-art, 250-person tiered amphitheater located on Level 42 of the Comcast Tower. This 24,000 SF amenities floor features touch-down work areas, phone rooms, a commercial kitchen, serving areas, collaborative spaces, and multiple conference rooms.
The amphitheater was designed with advanced acoustics, lighting, and a high-performance audio-visual system that includes a video wall and integrated controls. Custom millwork finishes, blackout shades, and ADA-compliant tiered seating enhance both functionality and aesthetics. The elevator lobby also received a full renovation, including new wall panels, automatic doors, and upgraded flooring.
