Greater Philadelphia Chamber of Commerce

Bittenbender Construction served as the General Contractor for The Greater Philadelphia Chamber of Commerce office renovation located in the historic Bellevue Hotel. The offices were completely renovated without ever having to displace the tenants from the building.  A 4,000 sf swing space was fitted out adjacent to their existing office space on the 6^th floor and through a series of 5 checker-board phases; all 27,000 sf of space was remodeled in 8 months.
