Bittenbender Construction served as the General Contractor for renovation of The John and Richanda Rohden Arts Center. The new auditorium features 270 seats, a new student gallery, storage vaults, restrooms, and support spaces all in the basement of Pennsylvania Academy of Fine Arts (PAFA) Hamilton Building.
The scope required extensive structural, acoustical isolation and audiovisual work. The 240,000 square foot Historic Furness designed building remained fully operational during the renovations.
