Bittenbender Construction served as the general contractor for the renovations at Drexel University’s Close School of Entrepreneurship. The scope included demolition of existing offices and meeting rooms, construction of new larger meeting rooms, collaboration rooms, and offices including new finishes throughout. Modifications to the existing HVAC system including replacing the old VAVs with new, cleaning of ductwork, VAVs, and roof top units. New LED lighting installed throughout the work area. The project was completed while the Dean’s office and staff continued operations on the floor without any interruptions to their day to day routines.
