Bittenbender Construction served as the General Contractor for the expansion of the Korman Center, located at the heart of the University’s campus. Improvements included an addition, designed by internationally recognized architect – Gluckman Tang Architects -that enhanced the 1958 building by creating gracious, double-height student lounge and study space that extends onto the new quad.
The newly name Korman Quadrangle – designed by Andropogon Associates underwent extensive landscaping, hardscaping, and lighting improvements to unify the campus buildings surrounding the Quad. This project was completed on-time and on-budget while the building was fully occupied by both students and the University’s Mission Critical Data Center.
