Bittenbender Construction was selected to complete the renovations to Moore College of Art and Design’s Connelly Library. This project required an expedited schedule to complete the project over three (3) months time while the students were on Summer break. The scope of work included the interior demolition of the entire library inclusive of five (5) structural window bays of existing glass and pre-cast planks as well as new finishes throughout the library, new floor to ceiling storefront/glazing, electrical upgrades, HVAC upgrades, including a new roof air handling unit/steel dunnage. This project was completed on-time and on budget for the students to return in September.
