Wells Fargo Bank (formerly Wachovia) – Devon Square, ParkWest Town Center and Roxborough Branches

Bittenbender Construction served as the General Contractor for the new construction and fit-out of three, 4,000 square foot Wachovia bank branches. Bittenbender self-performed the erection of exterior framing, agriboard panels and interior carpentry package for three branches: Devon Square, Delaware County; Park West Town Center, the branch is located in retail center in a West Philadelphia low-income community developed by The Goldenberg Group and West Philadelphia Financial; the retail center was converted from a former railroad yard and a brownfield site; and Roxborough, the branch façade required approval by the Philadelphia Historic Commission.
