Bittenbender Construction served as the General Contractor for the renovation and new construction of retail and leased tenant fit-out spaces for Progress Plaza. Bittenbender constructed a new 12,000 square foot building addition to expand the center’s leased space. Sitework included new detention basin, paving, sidwalks and landscaping. The construction team completed a full facade, store fronts, window replacement and new roof throughout the main building. New elevators and staircases were added. The entrances were ugraded to include new canopies and sun shades. The existing structures were gutted and there was a complete replacement of the base building mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems.
