Bittenbender Construction served as the General Contractor for the renovations at the University’s Baiada Institute for Entrepreneurship. The renovations included the demolition of existing offices and meeting rooms to allow space for the construction of new larger meeting rooms, collaboration rooms, and offices. Modifications were made to the existing HVAC system – including replacing the old VAVs with new ones. New LED lighting was installed throughout the work area. The project was completed while the Dean’s office and staff continued operations on the same floor without any interruptions to their day-to-day routines.
