Public Health Management

Bittenbender Construction served as the General Contractor for PHMC and the renovation at the Turning Points for Children office, a PHMC affiliate. The scope included complete interior demolition and new partitions, lighting, interior finishes.  Work was completed in an occupied building with a day care on the first floor.  Responsibilities included project management, submittal review, cost tracking, invoicing, and project close-out.
